Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years human service experience with Bachelor's Degree or 2 years with Master's Degree.
• Prior experience supervising professionals and teams required.
• Ability to maintain certifications including First Aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of residential homes for adults with disabilities.
• Hires and trains Program Directors on Residential Standards.
• Conduct timely routine quality assessments.
