Job summary

Danville Services is hiring a Residential Group Home Program Manager to oversee 8-10 residents in a supportive home setting. You will lead a team of Direct Support Staff, coordinate with nursing, behavior analysts, and program directors to ensure safety, inclusion, and personalized goals.

This full-time role requires at least 2 years of IDD experience and a valid driver's license. You will schedule, monitor care plans, manage documentation, and advocate for residents' needs while fostering

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities is required.
• Must be 21+ years old, have a valid driver’s license, 3+ years of driving experience, and a clean driving record.
• Strong caregiving and communication skills to support individuals and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee needs and supports of 8–10 individuals in a residential setting.
• Supervise 10–20 Direct Support Staff and supports for individuals in services.
• Review care logs, individual goal data, behavior data and inter-staff communications.
