Job summary

G. Fedale General Contractors is seeking a Service Project Consultant in Georgetown, Delaware. The role focuses on turning leads into signed contracts and managing the project lifecycle from proposal to completion.

You will visit homeowners, discuss needs, present solutions, and guide customers through financing and contract execution, while coordinating with office staff and the service scheduler.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of selling experience in home building, remodeling, or renovation markets.
• Strong selling skills, including active listening, determining needs, creating solutions, overcoming objections, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and execute planned visits to homeowners.
• Meet with homeowners to discuss needs and present solutions.
• Enter bids into Dataforma and update sales statuses.
• Close deals and complete contracts with clear terms.
• Arrange financing with customers onsite when needed.
• Generate leads via networks, home shows, and referrals.
• Provide feedback to Marketing and Production on revenue opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
