The role requires strong construction knowledge, CRM proficiency, and excellent communication skills to manage homeowners, Site Managers, and crews across residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in home building, remodeling, or renovation markets as a skilled tradesman or project manager.
• High school degree is required; additional training is a plus.
• Strong math skills including basic calculations used in pre-project margins.
• Proficient with a service-oriented CRM system.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project visit schedules and client communications.
• Develop project specifications with homeowners and verify measurements.
• Update margins, budgets, and data in the CRM and internal systems.
• Order materials and manage supplier communications.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
