The role emphasizes profitability, timely decisions, and teamwork across site managers and crews to deliver finished projects that meet contract terms and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school degree; additional construction coursework a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in home building, remodeling, or renovation markets as a skilled tradesman or project manager.
• Ability to understand contracts for construction services or financing.
• Understanding of home insurance and how claims are processed.
• Strong math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
• Demonstrated computer skills using a service-oriented CRM system.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication with customers, staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute schedules for site visits and coordinate with homeowners.
• Meet with homeowners to develop project specs and verify measurements.
• Determine pre-project margins and coordinate with Estimators/Sales/Production to resolve items.
• Order materials and keep DataForma/DF updated.
• Update CRM with project details, statuses, and notes.
• Monitor progress with Site Manager and crew leaders and communicate with customers.
• Ensure project completion with a signed Certificate of Completion and final invoicing.
• Secure final payment and close the project, documenting punch lists and CoC.
