Damar Services is seeking a Residential Manager to lead and monitor treatment services for clients within Children's Residential Services. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating care, and maintaining compliance with program policies.

Qualifications

• One year of people management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree combined with one year of full-time experience working with behavioral challenges and/or individuals identifying with the DD/ID population.
• Associate degree 48 completed credit hours with two years of experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with four years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day residential operations of assigned campus building or group home.
• Manages Lead Staff recruitment, on-the-job training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Onboards new staff to align with Damar expectations around client care and program policies.
• Completes outing sheets and off-ground checklists in collaboration with the QDDP.
• Ensures client safety for off-ground outings and overall resident well-being.
• Coordinates communication with families, guardians, and referring agencies; documents interactions.
• Remains up to date on treatment best practices and training staff as required.
