Damar Services, LLC is seeking a Residential Manager to lead and monitor treatment services within our Children’s Residential Services. You will direct staff, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure high-quality client care across assigned campus buildings.

The role requires at least 1 year of people management and a qualifying education pathway, with a commitment to safety, training, and effective communication with families and collaborating agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year full-time experience in behavioral challenges and/or DD/ID population
• Associate degree or 48 credits with 2 years experience in behavioral challenges and/or DD/ID population
• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years experience in behavioral challenges and/or DD/ID population
• Minimum age 21
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Successful pre-employment drug screen and physical
• Clear background screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day residential operations of assigned campus building or group home
• Manage lead staff recruitment, training, coaching, performance appraisals
• Onboard new staff to align with client care expectations and policies
• Complete outing sheets and checklists with QDDP
• Ensure client safety for off-ground outings
• Liaise with families, professionals, guardians, and referring agencies
• Update documentation promptly
• Stay current on treatment best practices and provide staff training
• Schedule management within staffing budget and regulatory requirements
