The role mentors and supervises shift supervisors and direct care staff, maintains staffing schedules, and assists with assessments and ISP planning, with on-call responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field is required.
• Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Therap a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Mentor, develop and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff.
• Ensure adherence to DDS, funding agency and state regulations.
• Maintain staffing schedules and assist with clinical assessments and ISP assessments.
• Assist and instruct residents with daily living skills and behavioral plans; on-call responsibilities as required.
