Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Program Manager to mentor, develop and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff. The role ensures adherence to DDS, funding agency and state regulations, maintains staffing schedules, and assists with clinical assessments and ISP oversight.

On-call responsibilities may be required. The Program Manager will also administer medications when needed, provide in-house and agency training, adhere to budget guidelines, and support residents with daily

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills, experience using Therap a plus!
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Empathy, enthusiasm, and a passion and dedication for helping others.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least 3 years of driving experience is required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, develop and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff, ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain and monitor staffing schedules and assist with ISP assessments.
• Assist with writing clinical assessments and oversee ISP assessments.
• Assume on-call responsibilities as required.
• Administer medication when required and provide training/consultation services.
• Work with People Team to plan and implement corrective action when necessary.
• Assist residents with daily living skills and behavioral/habilitative plans.
• Adhere to budgetary guidelines and address medical, psychiatric and socio-emotional needs.
