Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning in Maryland is seeking a Program Manager to oversee daily operations for adults with developmental disabilities and ensure compassionate, compliant clinical and medical services.

You will mentor and supervise staff, manage staffing schedules, help write clinical assessments and ISP plans, participate in on-call coverage, and support residents with daily living skills while maintaining budgetary and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for adults with developmental disabilities and ensure appropriate clinical and medical services.
• Mentor, develop and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff.
• Ensure adherence to DDS, funding agency and state regulations; maintain staffing schedules.
• Assist with writing clinical assessments and ISP assessments; participate in on-call responsibilities.
• Administer medication when required; provide training and consultation services.
• Adhere to budgetary guidelines; support residents with daily living skills and habilitative plans.
