Job summary

The Phoenix Residence, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee one ICF-DD, supervise DSP staff, and ensure proper implementation of policies and coordinated plans.

This hourly position requires dedication to day-to-day operations and 40-50 hours biweekly on the floor. Responsibilities include training staff, ensuring 24-hour home coverage, maintaining safety and sanitation, and coordinating with QIDP on program plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience or a BA/BS in related field.
• CPR, First Aid, and Trained Medication Passer certification within first 60 days.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work full time and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of one ICF-DD.
• Supervise staff and ensure 24-hour coverage.
• Train staff in plan implementation and evaluations.
• Develop and monitor Individual Program Plans.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage finances and household operations.
