New Horizons, Inc. is seeking a dedicated administrator to oversee the operations of the ICF-DDH homes within the Residential Program. You will coordinate resident services, health maintenance, and day programs while working closely with the Director of Residential Services and other departments.

You will ensure licensing compliance, manage plans of corrections, and supervise staff. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and collaboration within a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising residential or care programs.
• Ability to coordinate multiple departments and staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the ICF-DDH facilities.
• Coordinate resident tasks including health maintenance, program activities, and services.
• Liaise with external agencies to ensure licensing and compliance.
• Prepare plans of corrections and submit for approval.
