Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily residential and program activities; supervise staff and manage residence
• Ensure high-quality services within a team management approach
• Represent CRJ in meetings with stakeholders, including funders and families
• Hire, train, and supervise program operations staff; provide on-call support
• Facilitate community integration and maintain open communications with families and service coordinators
