Qualifications

• Successful clearance from a DHS Background Study.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Experience working with individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, and mental health diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Train DSPs, conduct monthly staff meetings, and complete DSP evaluations.
• Provide direct care as needed for program operations.
• Lead meetings with parents/guardians, teachers, work programs, and case managers.
• Assist with person-centered plans, progress reviews, and team recommendations.
