Job summary

Synova Group seeks a Designated Coordinator/Service Manager in Oak Grove, MN to lead group home operations and support individuals with behavioral needs. You will ensure a respectful, inclusive environment and serve as liaison to families and teams from the residential sites.

The role requires 3–5 years of direct care or education experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership with knowledge of DHS 245D standards. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of direct care or education experience with vulnerable individuals.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, clean driving record, DHS background check.
• Proven history of developing staff and managers.
• Working knowledge of 245D requirements and standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Therap experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programs and ensure licensing regulations are met.
• Review team paperwork; perform routine audits and maintain records.
• Develop person-centered approaches with individuals and teams.
• Manage general budgets, payroll budgets, program accounts, and petty cash.
• Coordinate with health professionals and schools, hospitals, and guardians.
• Deliver direct care and supervision during staffing shortages.
