Beacon Specialized Living Services in Michigan seeks a qualified Home Manager to oversee clinical quality and operations across assigned homes. You will supervise DSP staff, manage budgets, and coordinate admissions with referral sources and regulatory bodies to ensure compliant, high-quality care.

You will lead staffing, training, and performance processes while maintaining HIPAA compliance and a safe, supportive environment for individuals served.

Qualifications

• Must meet licensing and accreditation requirements.
• Experience leading teams in behavioral health settings preferred.
• Experience with incident reporting and CAP/POC processes.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and ensure high-quality care.
• Manage budgets, payroll costs, and staffing schedules to meet targets.
• Coordinate admissions with referral sources and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure regulatory, contractual, and accreditation compliance at all times.
• Maintain accurate records and incident reporting in the EHR/CDR systems.
