Job summary

ARC of the Treasure Coast is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Residential Services to support the Director of Residential Services in overseeing our residential programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This leadership role helps ensure high-quality, person-centered services while supporting residential staff, individuals, families, and community partners.

The role includes supervising staff, assisting with IPPs, coordinating with healthcare providers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in residential services for individuals with IDD.
• Previous supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with oversight of residential programs and supervision of Residential Managers and direct care staff.
• Support IPPs and monitor progress toward goals.
• Guide staff in delivering person-centered services.
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and evaluations.
