Responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, supervising staff, managing schedules, reviewing notes and IPPs, and assisting with transportation and licensing processes.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and regulations.

Aufgaben

• Assist Residential Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Ensure behavior plans are implemented and data collected.
• Maintain staffing ratios and address scheduling issues.
• Review progress notes, medication logs, and IPPs.
• Assist with meal preparation and community activities.
• Supervise staff and ensure quality care.
• Conduct residential meetings and encourage resident input.
• Report incidents and allegations of abuse.
• Provide transportation for individuals.
• Assist with licensing processes and emergency preparedness.
