Job summary

ARC of the Treasure Coast seeks a compassionate Residential Manager to oversee group homes for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will supervise operations, ensure IPPs and behavior plans are implemented, and maintain records while coordinating medical appointments and family communications.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred; 3+ years working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of IPPs and behavior plans and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in supervision and management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise group home operations and staff.
• Ensure IPPs and behavior plans are implemented and documented.
• Maintain attendance, medication, and financial records.
• Coordinate medical appointments and DOH/APD documentation.
• Oversee menu planning and nutrition compliance.
• Train, schedule, and evaluate staff; lead meetings and on-call support.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain files; communicate with families.
