Quality Management Assoc Inc is seeking an experienced Director of Residential Services to lead the New Jersey residential team in Palmyra. The role requires deep knowledge of DD/ID regulations and strong leadership to oversee multiple sites and staff.

The director will ensure DHS and DDD compliance, manage program operations, coordinate with executives, and drive quality improvements across the network. A four-year degree and supervisory experience in DD/ID are required; a Master’s degree is

Qualifications

• A minimum of a four-year college degree and three years experience in the DD/ID field or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the operation of all QMA Residential sites in New Jersey.
• Ensuring agency compliance with DHS and DDD regulations.
• Supervising Assistant Directors overseeing Program Managers.
• Provide routine updates to COO and CEO on program operations.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and orient staff to QMA values.
