Job summary

Claratel Behavioral Health in Decatur, GA is seeking a House Manager to lead a residential team delivering person-centered supports. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, manage daily operations, and ensure high-quality care aligned with ISP/BSP plans.

The role requires strong leadership, advocacy, and 24/7 availability. The position emphasizes health, safety, and well-being of individuals, with an emphasis on documentation, collaboration with the Residential District Director, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Georgia Driver’s License and acceptable MVR required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to advocate for individuals and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, high-performance work environment with strong team orientation.
• Supervise Support Staff and conduct annual evaluations.
• Perform 24/7 on-call duties for assigned homes.
• Interview and select DSP candidates and implement disciplinary actions.
• Manage overtime within budget and coordinate staff meetings.
• Oversee ISP/BSP documentation and ensure health, safety, and well-being of individuals.
• Transport individuals to appointments and activities; maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Document services and complete required reports and incident entries.
