Job summary

Orange Grove Center Inc. is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee the Georgia CLA homes, ensuring meals, cleanliness, budgets, and supplies meet residents’ needs.

You will supervise DSP staff, train on ISP plans, BSPs, and medication procedures while minimizing overtime and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, conducting on-call coverage, and ensuring daily notes and monthly paperwork are completed.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience overseeing DSPs is required.
• Ability to train and mentor staff to ensure compliance with ISP and BSP.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills to manage shifts and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage the house to ensure meals, cleanliness, and supplies are maintained.
• Supervise, train and support DSP staff; cover shifts as needed.
• Ensure daily notes, training records and medications are properly documented.
