Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking a Program Director for Central Residential Services, handling 9 homes that provide 24/7 residential supports for 45 individuals. Based in central Massachusetts, the role supervises about 180 DDS employees and requires on-call crisis management and budget discipline.

The Program Director will ensure safe, compliant homes; liaise with families and offices; and guide hiring, training, and timekeeping.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional or managerial experience in business administration/public administration/clinical management.
• At least one year in a project management, supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Substitutions: certificates, bachelor's; graduate or doctorate degrees as described.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 9 homes providing 24/7 residential supports for 45 individuals.
• Direct and indirect supervision of about 180 DDS employees.
• Monitor budgets: household, overtime, personnel and equipment to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain required documentation (ISPs, incidents, medications).
• Liaise with families/guardians and with Area/Regional offices; oversee hiring and training.
