Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum entrance requirements: at least 5 years of full-time or equivalent part-time professional/administrative/supervisory/managerial experience in business/public/clinical administration or clinical management, with at least 1 year in a project management/supervisory capacity.
• Substitutions: certificate may substitute for 1 year; Bachelor's may substitute for 2 years; Graduate may substitute for 3 years; Doctorate may substitute for 4 years.
• Salary placement follows the department's guidelines and collective bargaining provisions for bargaining unit positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management of Central Residential Services with 9 homes and 45 individuals.
• Supervise approximately 180 DDS employees and manage 24/7 on-call crisis and emergency handling.
• Monitor budgets across household, overtime, personnel and equipment/furniture.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, ISPs, incident reports, and medication occurrences.
