Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a residential service system.
• Experience with individuals’ diagnoses/disabilities of supervised site.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to use technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision for daily operations of residence(s).
• Supervise staff; provide coaching and mentoring for residential counselor duties.
• Maintain resident health care needs and coordinate treatment plans.
• Develop and implement Individual Service Plans and wellness activities.
• Manage medication protocols, documentation, and auditing.
• Prepare staff evaluations and program reports; monitor budgets and auditing.
• Coordinate safety, fire drills, and site maintenance; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead staff meetings, manage schedules, payroll, and communication with funding sources.
• Participate in Emergency On-Call rotation and provide back-up for the Program Manager.
