Qualifications

• Requires an associate’s degree in social work, gerontology, or related field.
• Excellent communication in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in documenting, reporting, and using computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between CCD San Diego residential properties and provide quality services.
• Meet regularly with the Residential Services team to review case files and needs.
• Train residents on the new appointment process for in-person and virtual visits.
• Help residents use technology to meet daily needs and access services.
• Create social opportunities to prevent isolation and build community.
