You will arrive prepared, perform repairs correctly on windows, doors, and related products, and maintain the high standards the company is known for. The role emphasizes clear homeowner communication, thorough documentation with before-and-after photos, and safe, efficient work.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work safely on ladders and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Complete warranty and service calls safely, efficiently, and within expected service times.
• Review service requests, photos, and customer information before arriving to diagnose the issue.
• Verify all necessary parts and materials are loaded before leaving for each appointment.
• Perform high-quality repairs on windows, doors, and related products.
• Document every service call with before-and-after photos, parts used, repair details, root cause, and completion status.
• Identify recurring product defects or installation-related issues and communicate findings to production leadership.
