Job summary

Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Service Technician to evaluate, service, and repair windows and doors at customers’ homes. You’ll perform installations or repairs from start to finish, including trim work, while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include travel to homes, completing warranty paperwork, and ensuring proper operation of products. A valid US driver’s license and experience in remodeling or finish carpentry are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service technician or finish carpenter preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable with Apple products.
• Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work.
• Valid US Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and services based on job site evaluations for windows and doors that need attention.
• Understand correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation.
• Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently.
• Travel to customers' homes to assess and repair our products.
• Fill out appropriate warranty paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
