Job summary

TLC Management Co. is seeking a dedicated Residential Service Technician for our Glen Ellyn, IL community. You’ll perform maintenance, repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks to keep our property in top condition and ensure resident needs are met.

You’ll work Tuesday–Saturday, 8–5 style, and respond to after-hours emergencies. A minimum of three years’ residential maintenance experience is required. Competitive pay and benefits accompany growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three years of maintenance experience in a fast-paced residential community.
• Experience in painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to ensure cleanliness and address maintenance issues.
• Complete unit turns and work orders promptly.
• Collaborate with team to resolve complex issues.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls 24/7 including weekends.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
