TLC Management Co. is seeking a Service Technician for our Glen Ellyn, IL property. You will handle maintenance, repairs, and daily site upkeep in a fast-paced residential community.

The role requires three years of maintenance experience, a Saturday shift (Tue-Sat), and the ability to respond to after-hours emergencies. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of maintenance experience in a fast-paced residential community.
• Availability to work Saturdays; the schedule is Tuesday through Saturday.
• Experience in painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete unit turns and work orders promptly.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues.
• Walk the property daily to address maintenance issues and ensure cleanliness.
• Perform janitorial duties in common areas and maintain safety standards.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
