Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical, plumbing, painting and HVAC.
• Experience in multifamily housing preferred.
• Must be able to work Saturdays (Tue–Sat schedule).
• Emergency on-call rotation availability.

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Provide superior customer care to residents.
