American Campus Communities is seeking a Service Technician for The Townhomes at Newtown Crossing in Lexington, KY. You will perform maintenance tasks, process work orders, and support preventative maintenance to keep the community well-maintained for residents.

The ideal candidate has residential facilities maintenance experience, pays attention to detail, follows safety protocols, and can coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential facilities maintenance.
• Ability to perform essential duties and follow safety procedures.
• Comfortable coordinating with vendors and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Perform work orders in a timely, quality-focused manner.
• Close out work orders in the system and track with tools.
• Assist in property turn and coordinate with vendors for efficient execution.
• Execute preventative maintenance and inspections of public areas and apartments.
• Safely operate, maintain, and repair facility equipment according to safety protocols.
• Escort on-site vendors and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
• Support curb appeal, trash collection, and general property upkeep.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
