Qualifications

• Proficient in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience with make-ready unit preparation.
• Able to perform construction skills including painting and flooring.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.
• Conduct regular property walkthroughs to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Complete work orders promptly and document damages due to neglect.

Skills

HVAC systems knowledge

Basic electrical systems knowledge

Basic plumbing systems knowledge

Construction skills (sheetrock patching, painting)
