This full-time position emphasizes diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems while delivering exceptional homeowner service. You will perform preventative maintenance, service furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps, and IAQ equipment, and provide clear repair options to customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Texas HVAC Registration or License preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday
