Job summary

Du-West Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician in Wisconsin. You will diagnose, maintain, repair, and service residential heating and cooling systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work independently and with the team to ensure high-quality results. The role offers a take-home company vehicle, company cellphone/tablet, ongoing training, and opportunities for career advancement within a growing company.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass background, drug, and motor vehicle record screenings.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system cleanings.
• Service and repair all major HVAC equipment brands.
• Oversee installs, startup, and commissioning of new HVAC equipment.
• Assist with equipment replacements, system upgrades, and ductwork installations.
• Work with heat pumps, communicating systems, and two-stage equipment.
• Maintain accurate service records using ServiceTitan (preferred).
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
• Demonstrate quality workmanship and attention to detail on every job.

• Knowledge of heat pumps, communicating systems, and modern residential HVAC technology
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• Commercial HVAC experience is a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background, drug, and motor vehicle record screenings
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently
• Willingness to work overtime as needed and travel occasionally
