Job summary

Hansons in Troy, MI is hiring for a full-time installer to travel throughout Metro Detroit helping homeowners. Pay ranges up to $25 per hour, with weekly direct deposit; a company vehicle is provided during work hours and standard benefits apply.

You’ll measure, install, adjust or fix windows and related hardware, perform minor repairs, and document measurements using a company-issued iPad. Training is provided, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record is required.

• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

If you're hands-on, comfortable using a tape measure and basic tools, and have experience installing, repairing, maintaining, or fixing things — we want to meet you.

Window experience is a plus — not a requirement.

What You’ll Do

Travel throughout Metro Detroit helping homeowners with:

• Measuring windows, baths and other home improvement projects
• Residential service and warranty appointments
• Minor repairs, adjustments and troubleshooting
• Windows, screens, locks, hardware, weatherstripping and caulking
• Recording measurements, photos and notes on a company-issued iPad

What We're Looking For

• Confident using a tape measure accurately
• Hands-on installation, maintenance, service, construction or repair experience
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn — we provide the training
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
