RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

We are seeking a qualified Residential Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on single-family homes. Candidates should be hardworking, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team. SUMMARY

Technicians are responsible for the upkeep and repair of our properties. They must work independently, perform quality repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and diagnose and troubleshoot issues. Customer service is essential and must be demonstrated at all times. Documentation is completed via smartphones and tablets provided by the company. Candidates with previous plumbing experience are highly preferred.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC Certification (not required but preferred)
• 2-5 years of experience in maintenance
• Proficiency with smartphones and computers

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Own tools (larger/specialized equipment is provided)
• Valid Driver's License
• Pass a Motor Vehicle, Drug Screen, Credit, and Criminal Background Check
