RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

We are currently seeking a qualified Residential Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on single-family homes. Successful candidates will be hardworking, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team. We are looking for candidates interested in a long-term career with a successful company in the residential services industry.

Summary

Residential Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the upkeep and repair of our properties. They must be able to work unsupervised, performing quality repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems is essential. Customer service must be maintained at all times. Documentation is completed via smartphones and tablets provided by the company. Candidates with previous plumbing experience are highly preferred.

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC Certification (not required but preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in the maintenance field.
• Proficiency in using smartphones and computers.

Additional Requirements

• Must have own tools; the company provides larger and specialized equipment.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Pass a Motor Vehicle, Drug Screen, Credit, and Criminal Background Check.
