We are seeking a qualified residential Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on single-family homes. Responsibilities

• Perform upkeep and repairs on properties, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Document work via smartphones and tablets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in maintenance preferred.
• Proficient with smartphones and computers.
• Own tools (larger equipment provided).
• Valid driver's license.
• Pass motor vehicle, drug, credit, and criminal background checks.
