Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong background in residential construction and remodeling across multiple trades.
• Valid driver's license, valid insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Experience with drywall, paint, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, and related tasks.
• Knowledge of codes, inspection processes, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal checks on systems and facilities.
• Respond to service requests, diagnose issues, and complete repairs.
• Maintain and ensure readiness of homes for tenancy and market.
• Handle emergency maintenance during and after hours as needed.
• Document work orders, materials used, and hours worked.
• Communicate with residents professionally and coordinate with coordinators.
• Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed.
