Bourbonnais Terrace in Bourbonnais, IL is seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) to provide group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation and case management for adults in a long-term care setting.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support residents' therapeutic activities, and help implement person-centered care plans. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, CNA preferred, PCC experience, and successful background check.
