Crestwood Terrace in Crestwood, IL is seeking a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) to support adults in a long-term care/behavioral health setting. You will participate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation and assist with case management to promote well-being.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CNA with at least 1 year of experience preferred.
• Experience with PCC is helpful.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and criminal history background check.
• Prior PRSA/behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation and case management to adults in a long-term care/behavioral health setting.
• Work with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate therapeutic services.
• Support residents on their journey to healthy living and engage in meaningful activities.
