Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff per site policies.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Perform regular unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, and parking.
• Monitor access points and observe activity per procedures.
• Document incidents and communicate findings to site management.
