Job summary

Allied Universal in Costa Mesa, CA, is hiring a Security Officer Patrol Driver Homes to protect residents at a residential apartment community. You will patrol assigned areas, deter incidents, monitor access points, and provide responsive customer service to residents and staff.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license and at least 6 months of security experience; CPR/First Aid is preferred. Pay is $21.00 per hour with a rotating schedule and opportunities for growth within Allied

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Background checks and licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by carrying out security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and document observations and actions taken.
• Conduct regular patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and communication with residents and management regarding security issues.
• Report maintenance concerns and unusual conditions to the appropriate contacts.
