Job summary

ADT is hiring a Residential Installer to install, test, repair, and service electrical equipment at customers' homes and business locations. You will perform field and shop duties, deliver supplies, and maintain records.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 3 years maintenance/installation experience. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with a focus on safety and quality.

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School diploma or equivalent mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Installs, tests, and services electrical equipment at customer sites.
• Connects and adjusts system components; tests operation to ensure proper service.
• Evaluates job information, materials, and site layout for efficient installation.
• Reports issues or missing information that could affect protection of customers.
• Maintains safety practices and protects property and materials.
• Keeps worksite organized; returns unused materials and patches installations.
• Performs other duties as required; aims for 93%+ quality.
• Upsells select products/services (target: $850+ monthly).
• Collaborates with customers and team in a dynamic environment.
