ADT is hiring a Residential Installer to install, test, repair, and service electrical and electro-mechanical equipment at customer premises. The role requires interpreting job details, wiring layouts, and delivering materials on site, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years installation experience preferred
• Customer-focused and safety-conscious
• Ability to work in homes or businesses

Responsibilities

• Installs, dismantles, and reconstructs equipment as required by customer or ADT order.
• Connects and adjusts components; tests operation to establish service.
• Evaluates information, materials, and wiring layout for the job.
• Reports defective materials or equipment and safety issues in a timely manner.
• Maintains safety practices to safeguard people and property.
• Ensures unused materials and tools are secured on site.
• Keeps work area clean and patches holes as needed.
• Performs other duties as required; strives for 93%+ quality.
• Upsells of $850+ per month where appropriate.
