You will assist scheduling staff, direct care staff, and management with telecommunication, data entry, and customer service to ensure accurate member care and staffing alignment. The role involves using Paycom Scheduling Software, creating and updating calendars, and coordinating with teams to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the listed fields or two years’ experience with elders or persons with disabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand Residential Group Homes, their needs and outcomes.
• Utilize Paycom Scheduling Software to create accurate schedules and improve satisfaction.
• Maintain and implement scheduling functions across facilities.
• Establish new hires in training schedules.
• Schedule staff to fill vacancies and meet member needs.
