Qualifications

• Experience with staffing and payroll time validation.
• Ability to handle leave and absence administration.
• Proven ability to liaise with families and community.

Responsibilities

• Actively assign employees' work schedules and maintain staffing schedules.
• Schedule staff coverage for unfilled shifts.
• Validate and reconcile hours for payroll.
• Assist with leave administration and resident administration processes.
• Order, receive and store nursing supplies.
• Investigate Health and Safety incidents and administer incident reports.
• Provide support to Operations Manager and facility leadership.
