Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional IV at the Corpus Christi facility. The role focuses on Residential Scheduler/Mealtime Program coordination, ensuring accurate master schedules and coverage for each home.

The DSP IV will oversee training activities, orient new staff, and coordinate with the Director of Residential Services to follow the Mealtime Coordination process. Drive and manage data reporting for QA/QI teams.

Responsibilities

• Attends work regularly and may work a specific or rotating shift schedule, extended shifts, or overtime as needed.
• Arranges and provides oversight of work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and appropriate staff/individual ratios.
• Ensures residential staff complete required training and documentation.
• Maintains and reviews training materials and supports onboarding.
• Oversees mealtime procedures and ensures safety and sanitation standards are met.
