Responsibilities include door-to-door outreach, in-home consultations, and CRM-driven lead tracking; training is provided and a clear path to leadership is available with competitive compensation and benefits.

What You'll Do

• Generate and convert leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, community events, and company-provided opportunities.
• Conduct in-home inspections and consultations; educate homeowners about pest concerns and appropriate solutions.
• Present customized pest control plans, provide accurate quotes, and close sales with integrity.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade or bundle services to meet customer needs.
• Build ongoing customer relationships that encourage satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
• Track leads, follow-up, and sales results in CRM software; stay informed about local pest trends and competitor offerings.
• Partner with branch operations team to provide a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills; ability to build homeowner trust and confidently close sales.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Availability for a flexible, variable schedule, including daytime hours, evenings, and weekends as assigned.

Preferred

• One or more years of sales experience.
• SPCB Branch 2 Field Representative License.
